Matt and Kristi Morgan
Matt began working in the construction field at a young age, and worked throughout college for companies including Mission Constructors and Manhattan Construction. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M in Information and Operations Management. Matt moved to Dallas following graduation and eventually on to Oklahoma to work for Devon Energy.
His family has strong roots in commercial and residential construction in Houston, TX, and Matt returned to those roots when he established ScissorTail Roofing & Construction in 2014 with his brother-in-law. Matt and Joey saw a need in their community for honest, reliable roofing contractors who know the community and care about treating people fairly. Matt currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Builders Association of South Central Oklahoma.
Kristi is a Norman native who has more than 15 years of experience in community development, bookkeeping, event planning, marketing, and university alumni relations. She has worked previously for the University of Oklahoma College of Arts and Sciences, the Norman Chamber of Commerce, and Cleveland County Habitat for Humanity. Kristi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
Kristi enjoys supporting the needs of the Central Oklahoma community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and as a volunteer driver for Meals on Wheels of Norman and previously served as an Ambassador with the Norman Chamber of Commerce. Kristi has also served on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Resource Center and United Way of Norman, and was in the Leadership Norman Class of 2011.
Matt and his wife Kristi have been married since 2010 and have two sons, Mason and Braden. The family attends Alameda Church of Christ.
Joey M. Wishnuck
Joey M. Wishnuck MBA, JD is an experienced real estate developer, investor and builder with a BA from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. His experience in both law and finance help bridge the challenges sometimes experienced when working with banks/mortgage companies and insurance providers.
Joey is also very active in the Community, graduating from Leadership Norman, serving as a Campaign Chair for the United Way, among the founding members of Legacy Rotary and has been the recipient of both the Journal Record’s Achievers under 40 and Norman Chamber of Commerce’s NormanNEXT under 40. Both Joey and Michelle are parishioners at St. Mark Catholic Church, where the Wishnuck family were founding members over twenty years ago.
Ryan joined ScissorTail in 2018 as the Field Manager. Ryan is an Oklahoma native with over 12 years of experience overseeing both residential and commercial roofing and construction projects. At the age of 18, he started serving his community as a volunteer Fire Fighter and still continues to do so. Having served in the military, Ryan’s training brings discipline and attention to detail that helps the accuracy and high quality that ScissorTail strives for in all projects. Ryan and his wife Katie live in Oklahoma City with their three children, Emma, Jaxon, and Lucas.
DIRECTOR OF SALES
Rayson joined ScissorTail in 2018 as Director of Sales. He has worked in all facets of the roofing and construction industry since 2005, both on the contracting side and the material distribution side. Rayson also brings a wealth of knowledge for ScissorTail clients dealing with insurance claims, with a long background of being a licensed independent adjuster across the country. He and his wife Ashley live in Washington with their two sons, Jaxon and Jadon. Rayson and his family are active members of Wake Church in Norman, and spend their free time cheering for their sons at basketball and football games.
