Matt and Kristi Morgan, Owner
Matt began working in the construction field at a young age, and worked throughout college for companies including Mission Constructors and Manhattan Construction. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M in Information and Operations Management. Matt moved to Dallas following graduation and eventually on to Oklahoma to work for Devon Energy.
His family has strong roots in commercial and residential construction in Houston, TX, and Matt returned to those roots when he established ScissorTail Roofing & Construction in 2014 with his brother-in-law. Matt and Joey saw a need in their community for honest, reliable roofing contractors who know the community and care about treating people fairly.
Kristi is a Norman native who has more than 15 years of experience in community development, bookkeeping, event planning, marketing, and university alumni relations. She has worked previously for the University of Oklahoma College of Arts and Sciences, the Norman Chamber of Commerce, and Cleveland County Habitat for Humanity. Kristi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
Kristi enjoys supporting the needs of the Central Oklahoma community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and as a volunteer driver for Meals on Wheels of Norman and as an Ambassador with the Norman Chamber of Commerce. Kristi has also served on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Resource Center and United Way of Norman, and was in the Leadership Norman Class of 2011.
Matt and his wife Kristi have been married since 2010 and have two sons, Mason and Braden. The family attends Alameda Church of Christ.
Joey M. Wishnuck, Owner
Joey M. Wishnuck MBA, JD is an experienced real estate developer, investor and builder with a BA from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. His experience in both legal and finance will help bridge the challenges sometimes experienced when working with banks/mortgage companies and insurance providers.
Joey is also very active in the Community, graduating from Leadership Norman, serving as a Campaign Chair for the United Way, among the founding members of Legacy Rotary and has been the recipient of both the Journal Record’s Achievers under 40 and Norman Chamber of Commerce’s NormanNEXT under 40. Both Joey and Michelle are parishioners at St. Mark Catholic Church, where the Wishnuck Family
Jake Dragoo, Sales
Jake Dragoo was born and raised in Norman, working with has Dad at an early age on his continuous remodel on West Robinson St., by the fire station. He graduated in the first class to attend Norman North, followed by scholarly pursuits at OU focused on International and Area Studies. He served in the Marine Corps Reserve for eight years, deploying in 2004 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is a certified sailing instructor, experienced boxing fitness coach and adventure motorcycle trainer. He just finished a major remodel with his fiancé. They love to travel, ski, snowboard, sail, hike, camp, jeep, and ride motorcycles together, as often as possible.
Michael Buckmaster, Sales
Michael Buckmaster was born and raised in Norman, where he grew up working in the roofing and construction business with his dad. He received his Bachelor in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University. Upon returning to Norman, Michael spent several years working in finance for local banks and mortgage companies, before returning to the construction field with ScissorTail. Michael is very active in the community, serving as a board member for Norman NEXT, a member of Sooner Business Network International, and as member of the St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer Committee. In 2017, he was honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as an advocate at their Breath & Beyond event. Michael lives in Norman with his son, Logan.
