The Scissor Tail crew is always a pleasure to work with, they show up and get the job done fast and professionally. Mitchell always makes the experience a good time and with him I know all my home projects are in good hands, and Raymond always goes out of his way to make sure he gets us everything we need. I also enjoyed my time getting to hang out with Geronimo. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience for each and every project from my roof to my drywall to my gable siding and to my gutters.

ScissorTail Roofing came highly recommended to us since we were new to the area. From the first day I contacted them, they were able to come by the house, inspect the damage, and communicate their findings with our insurance. We appreciated their willingness to help us through this process since it was our first time needing a full roof replacement. Once we received the green light from insurance, ScissorTail’s roofing crew was able to install the roof within a day and the gutters were installed in a couple hours the next business day. Their crew was very courteous and informative. Our project mangers, Lance and Mitchell, were kind, honest, and helpful in explaining the process throughout the duration of the project.

My shingles began failing in year two, and dealing with the manufacturer (IKO) was extremely frustrating — they refused to speak with me directly. Scissortail Roofing immediately stepped in and took over the communication and warranty process. They have consistently advocated for me, pushed for answers, and made sure I wasn’t left dealing with this alone.The ongoing shingle issues are not the roofer’s fault, and I’m grateful for how seriously they’ve taken my situation. Their support, follow‑through, and willingness to stand up for their customers deserve recognition. I appreciate everything they’ve done to help me through this.

Had a great and professional experience with these guys from the planning all the way to the end of the project. They were knowledgeable and had recommendations for some of the issues we ran into, very efficient and timely, and they kept me well informed on where they were at in the process. My project was a facelift in my kitchen at a very reasonable price. We replaced the doors, added soft close to everything, added several pull out drawers on the deep cabinets I had, added a pull out trash can and painted interior and exterior white, lastly added new hardware. Turned out so beautiful and it now matches the rest of my house. Would definitely work with this team again. Before (teal) and after (white).
